Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order out within 24 hours of receipt for items in stock. All of our orders ship via UPS and/or priority mail by USPS as we have found these to be the safest and most reliable methods for our company.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $38 that are shipped within the Continental United States.
It is necessary for us to use U.S. mail for Post Office box numbers, APO/FPO destinations and some addresses outside the Continental United States. These orders will be subject to a shipping charge and are not eligible for our FREE SHIPPING offer. We only charge actual shipping charges on these orders and we will tell you what the charges are before we ship your purchase.
International Shipments may be subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders shipped within Indiana are subject to a 6% sales tax.
UPS Tracking
UPS Quantum View will e-mail you in regard to approximate arrival date and provide you with the tracking number.
If you have a "spam block" you may not receive your tracking notice even though it was sent.

UPS Overnight - next business day, end of day.
UPS 2 Day Air - does not include the day it is shipped.
UPS 3 day Express - does not include the day it is shipped.
*Note - The time of arrival is not guaranteed during the holiday season - Eg. 2007 - shipping on these dates is NOT guaranteed - Dec. 17 through Dec. 31. Packages may not arrive in time for December 25.
Rates for Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping are found at "Check Out" [after you have chosen the terms for shipping and are ready to give us the shipping information you desire].
Returns
All sales are final. In some circumstances, we do approve and accept returns at our discretion. If approved, due to the costs involved, we reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee on orders returned. After an order has been shipped, we cannot refund shipping costs or return postage.
On the rare occasion that you need to return something, we require that you contact us first by e-mail and include your order number. DO NOT return something without contacting us first. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of a package. All approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving approval.
We will not recognize, accept, or credit returned packages without a prior request by e-mail from you. We are not responsible for packages returned without contacting us first by e-mail at info@lovablecollectibles.com. We will contact you promptly regarding your return.
Our goal is to help our customers receive the merchandise they ordered. If for some reason you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in the return/replacement of the item.
Nonreturnable items include all plush, dolls and food items.
Multiple item purchase specials are only exchangeable, not returnable or the special is invalid and the price will be adjusted.
We package with care, however, if damage happens during shipping, please contact us immediately. We insure all items and cannot be held liable for any item that has passed the 7 day return deadline. Please examine your orders upon receipt.

If you have signed up in one of our Clubs, you will receive e-mail specials and newsletters. You may opt out of any of these clubs by contacting us.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally the demand for an item may exceed the quantity available. If we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you. We may ship partial orders and will notify you if this is necessary. Customer service and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us.
Correct pricing on our website is a priority to us, however, mistakes can be made. All pricing is subject to change without notice and we can not be held liable for a pricing discrepancy.
